Welcome! I'm Grant, an American artist based in Kansas City. While creativity has always been a source of joy, for most of my life I didn't see myself as a visual artist. Thankfully, in recent years, I've discovered a passion for painting. I'm now on a journey of exploration, always pursuing further artistic growth and hoping to inspire others to find their own creative voice, no matter when they start.

When I'm not exploring the world through paint, I'm working in healthcare administration, busy being a dad to two boys, cycling outdoors, and seeking a more intentional way of life. My love for travel and learning spills into my art and fuels my exploration of new ideas and techniques.

My artistic focus lies in capturing and celebrating the beauty that surrounds us – the quiet moments around Kansas City and on my travels, the intricate details of nature, and the stories expressed through portraits. I believe art has the power to connect us, and I strive to weave narratives into my creations, inviting viewers to share in the wonder of the world we inhabit.
